Loss Prevention & Control Bureau portal is a CONFIDENTIAL process in which the RMD/LPCB provides loss control runs for Property and Causality (PAC), Workers' Compensation (WC), & Unemployment for insured entities.
Loss runs and reports are tools utilized to review acuity occurring within your organization for claims tracking and premium determination.
Statutory Authority - NMSA 15.7.9 Confidentiality Agreement and Letter of Appointment signed by the agency head is a requirement to enable your staff/coordinators to access the data.
